Anonymous The coat is made quite well, however I ordered petite S and it fit big & long, if I had kept it I would have had to get serious alterations throughout the coat.

Anonymous I really wanted to like this coat. I'm 5'1'' 105 pounds and ordered an extra small petite. I guess I was expecting it to look as fitted as it was on the model in the picture, but it was still pretty baggy and long. For petite women, I would tell them to steer clear from this coat...even the petite size is overwhelming on a petite frame because of it's thickness (I looked so bulky!), length (even the petite was hitting my knees...too long for someone who is 5'1''), and all the added "stuff:" lots of BIG buttons, lots of BIG buckles, and SHOULDER PADS. It's a shame, because it is so versatile. I really liked that the lining could be taken out, it's nice and warm, it's machine washable, I liked the hood, and I liked the adjustable buckles on the sleeves. It's a reasonable price for everything you get. Unfortunately, because I'm so small, it looks like I'm a little girl wearing my mommy's coat. Plus, I had it shipped and it smelled really bad of wet cardboard or something. I'm just going to go to my local Nordstrom to return it to avoid having to repackage and mail it back.

Anonymous I ordered the Petite Large, because I knew the sleeves would break just right on my wrist. I had to steam the coat after taking it out of the box to really evaluate it properly.

With the liner in, it's a tight fit across the chest while wearing a bulky turtleneck, so I took the liner out and tried again. Still a tiny bit tight...but there's to law saying that ALL the buttons have to be buttoned, right? Plus, I'm still wearing those post-holiday pounds....

This coat have every feature a trench coat should: RAGLAN sleeves (a must!) water repellent, and adjustable sleeve straps to keep out the chill and rain. Oh, and the red color is smashing!

It could use an inner pocket or two....are you listening, London Fog?

Anonymous I love the fact that it has a hood but still looks so sleek. It is very well tailored and comfortable. It will be perfect for rainy days. I think it will also provide some warmth during cooler days - though probably just a little. I bought it in the reddish color and it looks very pretty in person. Note, if you are deciding between the petite and regular, unless you are very small (i.e., less than 5' tall), regular will proabably suit you just fine. I ordered x-small in both regular and petite, and found that the regular fit my 5'2 small-to-medium build best. The petite was too small/short in the shoulders and arms.

Anonymous As I first opened the packet and tried the coat, I thought its a winner all the way. But I've been taking pictures of myself in it and reading other petite bloggers of what an 'ideal' trench should be, so now I have some small things to pick at..

I'm a borderline petite so far as height goes (I'm 5'4", 104 lbs. 32-24-34) and yet I thought the length was a couple of inches longer than how it looks on the model and also what I'd consider more versatile. It hits me just above the knee, almost at knee which makes it little weird with knee length skirts. 3 inches shorter would work much better with petites overall.

Anonymous This is my forth trench coat-- I purchased trench coats both in us and uk, in various colors, lengths, and fabrics. I must say, this is a welll made trench coat and the price is fantastic! I am 5'3" petite, 34B, and I usually wear xs or s. I got this trench in petite small since I plan on layering clothing during the winter. The sleeves are the perfect length and this trench looks very chic with tall boots and/or skinny pants. Lining is very warm, too. Purchasing this coat was a very smart investment as it is a great addition to any wardrobe.

Anonymous It took me a little while to figure out what size I was in this coat. I am 5'5' 115lb 32C and normally xsmall or small in regular sizes, but with this coat I am an xs petite. The regular xsmall was too frumpy and baggy, I felt like I was wearing a potato sac. I was very disappointed, because this coat is classic, beautiful quality, and the price is exceptional. I was almost willing to keep it even though the fit was all wrong. I exchanged it for the xs petite and it fits perfectly now. It is form fitting, the way I pictured it. The liner and the hood are removable which makes this coat very versatile. It has kept me warm in the wind and dry in the rain. I love love love this coat.

Anonymous Wish the previous review was posted earlier so it could save me from ordering the coat. She said most of everything i wanted to say. I'm about the same built 5'1, 103lbs. The PSX size was too long and fell past my knees. The chest fit (I'm 31-25-34), but the torso was too big and didn't feel form fitting. Overall, i just felt dwarfed by the jacket. If you're 5'5 with chest smaller than 32', and bigger torso, then this PSX would work for you.

Anonymous This trench gets 5 stars for quality alone. It's made to last, and it shows. Plus the inside flannel lining is a huge bonus that makes it warm enough for cold, rainy days (or can zip out for warmer days). Even the lining was pretty, in a black/off-white/red plaid design. I would say it ran a little big. I ordered the XS, which should fit a size 0-2 according to the sizing guide, but I think it fit more like a true size 2 than in-between. I returned it for that reason. I also thought it had a few too many buttons for my taste, but if the fit was better, I would have let that slide. Overall, I would have been really happy with it if it fit.
